02 - Abby Gilmore \ From chaos to co-parenting, finding her feet and falling in love again

Abby Gilmore always had a clear vision of how she thought her life would look. She always wanted to be a young mum, and after two miscarriages, she finally got her wish, giving birth to her first daughter Milla at 21, and her second daughter Arlo not long after. Everything felt like it had fallen into place. That was until she discovered her AFL partner’s infidelity, completely upending her world.

Suddenly finding herself as a single mum to two girls under two, battling depression and nursing a shattered heart, Abby knew she had to dig deep and piece together her life again to be the mum she always wanted to be.

I absolutely loved chatting with Abby, she’s so inspiring, and she gets really honest about the things she would’ve done differently, what co-parenting with her ex and his partner now looks like after a rocky start, how she finds healing in sharing her story with her almost 115 thousand instagram followers, and how she finally has the life she always dreamed about.
